By downloading or using Unbrkable ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and premium subscribers.
Unbrkable is a personal wellness app that delivers daily quotes from Stoic philosophers and warrior-mindset figures. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
Unbrkable offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime purchase, which unlock additional features including all quote categories, unlimited favorites, additional notification slots, premium share backgrounds, Streak Shield, and widget customization.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
Monthly and Annual plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support.
All content in the App — including quote text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Unbrkable. Quotes from historical figures (Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus, etc.) are in the public domain; their curation, translation selections, and presentation within the App are proprietary.
You may share individual quotes generated by the App's share feature for personal, non-commercial use. Attribution to Unbrkable is appreciated but not required.
Unbrkable does not require an account and does not collect user-generated content. All personal data (favorites, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Quotes and content are for inspirational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unbrkable and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
